magic the gathering legendary creature ruling

hi guys im needing some help with a ruling for mtg the rules state that you can only have one legendary creature with the same name in play at once but i have two creatures that are the same creature but have slightly different names would i be able to play them both at the same time the creatures are:

u can have both in play as far as i know its only planeswalkers that die eg jace beleren and jace the mind sculpter would kill one or the other

i would see if someone else thinks the same though cos they both might be same rule as the planeswalker example i gave

They are both different creatures as they have different names so you can have them both in play

yes you can also with the new rule changes you and your opponent may both have the same Legendary Creature and Planswalker in play at the same time without ether one dying
