I can't speak for war hammer world but I know that the stores operate a managers discretion for their specialist games (necromunda etc) but non GW products is a huge nono, can't have people advertising rival products you see.

Noise Marines can get 1 blastmaster per 5 marines too, which is nice.

It's been done by GW already. 1sp (structure point) = 3 HP. A wrecked/destroyed result = a loss of 1sp and anything else removes a HP as normal. So if something had 3sp, you either need to blow it up 3times or glance it 9times.

Well i can bring between 2 and 4k of either ( not counting Xenos races) so once we know who's coming we can get things arranged. As for free advertising - this is GW dude, get a grip :P

There is a definate whiff of WD about it, but it seems to be somewhat more substantial than something they could just throw into an issue. The 13th crusade was a background book from what i can tell and not really an expansion or addon to the game …
