Well now there's missions where you take points but don't score extra for keeping them so mobility is good. DE books not much older than Grey Knights so it should cope.
The old Ork book came out at the beginning of 2008 for 4th edition. The only patches to it have been the flyers iirc. The good news is those bikes are very useful in 7th.
